    • Confidentiality: Assurance that information is not disclosed to unauthorized individuals, processes, or devices (Dawson and Omar, 104)
    • Data Mining: Analyzing a given database from different aspects and views in an automated fashion, allowing the construction of a model that provides useful information and correlation about the analyzed database (Dawson and Omar, 130)
    • Word Cloud: Latent Dirichlet Allocation, LDA, modeling algorithms are used to visually present words in a text as larger in relation to the frequency of the word in the text (Kusumaningrum and Adhy, 1752).
    • Rational Choice Theory: Human beings are seen as actors whose action is undertaken to achieve objectives that are consistent with an actor’s preference hierarchy (Ritzer, 417).
    • Identity theft: The illegal use of someone else’s personal information in order to obtain money or credit (Mish, 616)
    • Social Engineering: The use of tactics that try to fool or convince people to provide information that can be used to access different resources (Holt, 467).
